By accessing and using QR Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

  • You may not modify or copy the materials
  • You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
  • You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. QR Code Usage

QR codes generated using the Service are your responsibility. You agree to:

  • Not use QR codes for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • Not create QR codes that link to prohibited content including malware, phishing sites, or illegal materials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of QR codes
  • Maintain the security of your account and QR codes

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions grant access to additional features according to your selected plan.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual as selected)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Data & Analytics

The Service collects scan data and analytics. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Scan data (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps) is collected for analytics purposes
  • You are responsible for complying with privacy laws when collecting user data through QR codes
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
